Ht. 5'6, Wt. 235 - so i dont really have a problem working out, my problem is food. so do you think it would be mor beneficial, or not really even do anything, if i practiced my diet for a few weeks then added working out?

So I would say stick to working out and keeping yourself busy and you will see yourself eating less. Also make healthier choices that you can stick with when ever you can. If you go to Mc. Donalds get a salad insted of a hamburger. Or you could get grilled chicken insted of crispy. Maybe if you get a mcFlurry every time you go there you could get a Fruit n' yogurt parfait with no garnola. If you happen to be someone that doesn't like fast food those are just examples. If you love dressing get fat free. If you love yogurt get fat free. If you drink whole milk go down to 2% and then drop to 1%. Start drinking less soda or drink diet. Then slowly drink less soda. Start drinking water. Another great tip is when you go food shopping get healthy foods. If you have healthy foods that you like you are less likly to eat a gallon of icecream. You can do it!!
