Ht. 5'6, Wt. 160 - How much weight and/or inches do you think I could lose by giving up pop and junk food, and for exersize doing 500 crunches before bed, running for 2 hours, and swimming for 2 hours? how long will it take?
Reply from Julie, Age 15 - 08/02/06 - IP#: 72.140.84.xxx i stopped eating junk food and drinking pop and i lost maybe 10-15 pounds, i was like 200 in grade 7/8 and im about a little under 180 and not drinking alot of pop and if i do its diet. i hardly eat cookies or chips because 1.) we dont have chips alot 2.) cookies get eaten before i even look at them:P but try it! it will probably help. You need to start out slow, like Kaylee said, where is the 4+ hours coming from. you will be exhausted if you do that. Do maybe 100 crunches a day and split your running/swimming from 30/60 min. a day.

Try going down to 30 minutes of eat and 100 crunches. Then do strenght every other day. The will be a lot better for you than 4 hours a day and 500 crunches.
