Ht. 5'4, Wt. :( - SOOO. i said earlier that i would post everything that i ate today so here it goes: Breakfast-apple (74), Lunch-lean pocket(280), Snack- Apple (74), Dinner-Pasta Roni (373 eek) and cauliflower(?). I couldn't excersize today because i had to babysit all day from 8:00-6:00 so i will have to do more all of the other days. I only drank water today so that is good. ANY TIPS!!! PLEASE!!!!
