Ht. 5'9, Wt. W:212.3 G:150 S:217 - ok im taking everybodys advice and changing my goal to 150. i just feel like i have to compete with all the skinny pretty preps and i dont think i'll be skinny at 150. probably a size 10.grr i dont want to be in the double digits, but i feel better changing my goal. it seems more realistic. thanks guys!! now how long do u think it take for me to lose 62 pounds with eating 1200 calories and walking 1 hr 20 min a day or doing 50 min of taebo? oyy, im soo impatient. i need to stop.

Reply from ~*Kaylee*~, Age 14 - 08/02/06 - IP#: 66.82.9.xxx Tammy is right you would be a 5 or 7. My mom is 5'9" 155 and out of shape. She doesn't work out at all. She is in a 7-9 and looks fine. If your working out to get there at 150 you will be in my guess would be a 5.

Reply from Caitlyne, Age 15 - 08/01/06 - IP#: 206.47.27.xxx If you're doing as much exercise as you're doing and only eating 1200 calories, your body isn't getting the nutrients it needs. I think 1600 is a reasonable number for the exercise you're doing. The trick is to eat lean proteins, low salt/low fat carbs and lots of veggies. 3 balanced meals a day, 2 snacks and LOTS of water will help you lose weight by a long shot. Water literally FLUSHES out fat. (if it's ice cold it actually burns more calories) Good Luck!
