Ht. 5 something, Wt. 270 - okay the name I've been under is honest answers. I wanted to ask could someone could give me any suggestions on a excercise routine? Recently I'm on a low-carb and low sugar diet it works but what excercises do I do to help loose weight?
Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 08/02/06 - IP#: 4.242.174.xxx For a really intense workout, try HIIT. That's High Intensity Interval Training. I found it to be a really great workout!!! You can do it pretty much on any exercise machine, or running, or possible swimming (i havent tried swimming though). I usually do it on the stationary bike. Alternate every 30 seconds of going as fast as you kind, and then relax a bit, going a bit slower. I do that portion of my workout for about 10 minutes. I can really feel it afterward. Its amazing.
Reply from Laura, Age 15 - 08/02/06 - IP#: 81.155.146.xxx if ur on a low carb diet it will b hard to get energy 4 exercise. swimming works the whole body but if u wnt a specific body part slimmed why not try something lyk cycling for the legs. fat burns after 12 minutes of exercise, anythin b4 tht is carbohydrate. why nt join a team sport becuz its fun n u cn make u mates n boost ur confidence becuz ur gettin better at somethin and meetin new ppl if u wnt any more advice email me at kris_fairest675@hotmail.com

Reply from ashley, Age 17 - 08/02/06 - IP#: 12.108.212.xxx You can do anything for exercise that gets your body up and moving. Dancing, walking, biking, running, swimming, etc. Be sure to do it 3-4 times per week for at least 30 min. each time.
