Ht. 5 3, Wt. 139 - ok its been like 5 weeks and i lost like 5 lbs total thats not good its taking way too long when i started the weight just peeled off mabe it was water weight but now its so slow im thinking of changing my cereal to something whole wheat and whole wheat bread and no more rice and gravy for awhile my exc. is the same tho i think its the eating

Your at a healthy weight now. When your at healthy or close to healthy weight it gets harder to lose the weight. You should be happy that your still loseing a pound a week. I know I'm not!! not that I really need to either. Also try adding like 10 minutes to your exercise every day. It will add calorie burning and a metabilism speed up.
