Ht. 5'4, Wt. 306 - hey everybody, im in need of some SERIOUS help. I'm having a major snack/portion attack. I'm eating way to much, mostly its cereal. I need help asap. Cereal is my weakness, so or portions. can anyone help me with this? tips or tricks? i know if i can beat this, it'll be way easier to lose wieght! im just lucky i haven't gained any!! -anna

cereal is my weakness too. i love to eat dry special k or cheerios or bran flakes. its never been TOO much of a problem though...

1)Cereal isn't all that great for you so limit to one meal a day 2)Have it in a small bowl. 3) use skim, 1% or 2% milk 4) when you get a box of cereal look at the serving size and mesure out the serving size into sandwitch baggies. When you want a bowl take one of the baggies and poor on the milk.

put some fruit in your cereal, its healthy and will fill you up.
