Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - Okay my slimmer jeans fit perfectly in the legs now. But my stomach keeps me from zipping them up. Anyone have any good workouts to slim the stomach besides crunches?

The plank is an EXCELENT one. Look it up on google images if you don't know what it is, but do that for 30 seconds, 3 times a day and in a few weeks you'll have a much flatter stomach (take before and after pics) good Luck!
