Ht. 5' 2'', Wt. NOW:150 STG:140 - only 10 pounds till my short term goal!!! my long term goal is 120 healthy weight for me is 86 to 126 pounds so i thought that 120 would be good or can i go lower? i just want to look good again. in May my jeans that i wore every day to school stoped fitting now they are to big and im not alowed to where them anymore im a size Medium in shirts and a size 7-9 in pants is that better than XL in a top and size 12 bottoms? i want to be a size 5 or so when i reach my goal is it posible?

Every body is different. It depends on natural shape, as well as how much fat/muscle you have. I am about the same as Kaylee (5'3, 130 give or take a few pounds) and i am a loose size 7 or a semi-tight 5. As far as how much should you lose, it's totally up to you. I honestly would just obtain a healthy lifestyle, stay on it forever, and just see where your body naturally ends up at.

You can do it just keep going!! If I was 5'2 I would go for the weight of 115 but thats just be I want to be perfect. I'm currently 5'3 and 128 in a tight size 7 so that should help you figure out around the weight you need to be to be a size 5. It will also depend on muscle mass. Just don't give up!!!!!
