Ht. 5'3", Wt. *** - My first day of trying for the last 8 in my case started good and then went bad and it's only 10:30am lol. I work up and has a 250 calories smoothie (it was huge) then I went to cross country and ran 3 miles. Then I came home made cookies had a couple with some icecream, and some chips and salso with cream cheese. Now I'm stuffed for a while though...I'm just going to forget it and hopefully get out of the house and get my mind off food. The last 8 is going ot be hardder than I thought it would be....

Try to step up your cardio, right now your body is in what trainers call "the comfort zone". It's used to doing the amount of exercise and the intensity by now. Try to either lengthen the time OR raise the intensity of what your currently doing, spend a little time in the pain zone and I guarentee those last 8 will melt off, you can do it! I beleeeeeive! lol btw I lost another pound :D (start: 186.5 now: 174)
