Ht. 5'5, Wt. 190 - AHG! today i had 1 1/2 bowls of fruit loops/bunch of low cal pretzels/ 2 bowls of Pasta w/tomato sauce and some cucumbers( like 5/6 thats not too bad right????? I always had trouble with my diet :*(

I am not being mean cause i rly kno how hard it is!! i just started my diet a week ago! but that is way to much food!! and my mom has rly helped me out! but anyways...Here is something that will help cause it is helping me!!! cut your food in half! and exercis every other day!! i do workout videos! They rly help!! but also think when you are about to eat something think why am i eating this do i need it!? BEst of LUCk!!

I would suggest Raisin Bran or Mini wheats. they are both sweet (raisin bran because of the fruit and mini wheats with a slight sugar coating) but are VERY high in fiber (helps you lose weight) In your breakfast you should try to have atleast 3 grams of fiber (3 grams is a good source) 4 or more grams is an EXCELLENT source. Raisin bran has 7 grams of fiber and mini wheats has 6. Thats amazing. Also when having cereal most people just fill up there bowl which is a misconception, a serving of cereal is 1 cup and a serving of milk is 1/2 a cup. Good Luck with your weightloss journey! Otherwise sounds like you're doing alright, try to fit in 30+ mins of exercise every 2nd day.
