Ht. 5'6, Wt. 174 - So I've lost 12.5 pounds since July 16th. Wow. I look at myself in the mirror and think : wow you are still so fat. and it makes me want to cry when I think of how fat I must have looked 12 and a 1/2 pounds ago... Lately I have been writing N.T.A.G.A.T.F on my wrist which stands for : Nothing Tastes As Good As Thin Feels. It encourages me to stay away from junk and eat healthy foods. When my mom asked me about it, I told her it was just a password for a site I visit. So far today this is what I've eaten: BREAKFAST: 1 cup of rasberries LUNCH : 1 cup of 1% milk, chicken/vegitable/potatoe stew (really healthy, its made in a crockpot) no fat added DINNER : planning on having a Greek Salad and 1 cup of 1% milk. NO SNACKING, NO DESERTS. 1300 calories. Unfortunately I was too lazy to exercise today, so I'm going to do crunches, lunges, leg raises, and squats before bed. Good Luck everyone!

You dont need to cut out snacking and desserts--you just need to be more careful about what you eat when you decided to have some.
