Ht. 5'3, Wt. 187 - Hello everybody,
So I am very over weight as you can see but dont work the greatest with diets I can eat healthy but I eat alot. So what are some healthy foods that are good but filling and also what are some good exercises for the abs and legs and good cardio if you dont have an exercise machine?

For breakfast, one peice of wheat toast and some oatmeal is good. Unless you plan on eating a sandwhich later on..because 3 slices is kind of alot. But wheat bread, peanutbutter and oatmeal all keep you full. just make sure you dont eat too much of them!!! also try bananas! theyre higher in calories than other foods but keep you full.
