Ht. 5'7, Wt. N:270 QG:240 UG:130 - UGH! I want to sabatoge all indulgences. I am such a weak person. I lost so much weight and i've gained 10 back. And the week to come wont make it any better. Were going out of town and there will be no healthy choices. I'll just have to eat lightly. My diet buddy Leslie (from this site) is helping me out so much with food advice and such. I'm going to try my hardest to meet a substancial weight goal by September 5th (atleast 10 pounds) and even a better goal by December. My birthday is Aug. 11th so that means B-Day party lol. Trying for a life change is so very hard. Especially when you have been on track for so long and then you just stop. I find playing DDR a challenge now. I just have to start fresh and try to go BACK to school with the weight I left school with. When I come back to town hmm Friday my eating plan will go BREAKFAST- Yogurt & a Frozen Fruit Salad. SNACK- Special K Bar LUNCH- Soup or Chicken Salad. SNACK- Strawberries- DINNER- Salmon & veggies or Chicken & Veggies. Wish me luck--& on my stats thing QG means quicker goal to meet lol. Hey..just don't let the fact that you're going to be gone for a week with no healthy food let you stay out of shape. do what you said; eat lightly and when you come back itll be easier for you to snack on healthy things! good luck!!!
