Ht. 5'5, Wt. Too much - I'm actually looking forward to school now only because its easier to control my eating habits when I'm not at home 24/7. The only thing I'll have to work on is remembering to eat breakfast. I plan on working out in the morning every day this school year so I'll eat some oatmeal. For lunch, I am going to find some veggie meals I can easily bring to school. I think for excersize I will do 30 minutes on the treadmill before school, a nice meditative walk after school, and then finish the other 30 minutes when/if I finish my homework in time. I didn't have a productive summer weight loss wise. I dropped a clothing size in skirts, but I didnt lose any pounds. During the school year I plan on actually dropping pounds and more dress sizes. What are all of your plans for school?

I'm looking forward to it also. I was stressing about clothes, but I already see a difference. I haven't lost any weight really, but I think I've traded it in for muscle. I'm getting used to eating breakfast, usually I never did because I woke up so late, but I plan to sleep 8-9 hours every day. Exercise to, because I took gym this year, and exercise on my own too at home. I'm going to be taking my own lunch to school because the cafeteria has the grossest things. I think thats what got me during the year.

I'm defently looking forward to it too. I will be able to Get up eatly go to school then after school I will have 1 1/2- 2 hours of Cross country practice so I know I will be losing weight witch will be nice for the last 10 lbs to go.
