Ht. 5'9, Wt. 320 - okay when school starts i might eat a plain bagel with nothing on it for breakfast but when its lunch time at school i find myself eating flaming hot cheethos and soda drinks and candy sometimes popcorn or hot pockets if i cut out the chips candy popcorn and hot pockets and drink water or propels instead of soda pop do you think i would lose weight? i am active in school i do play fall and spring sports so i do get a work out before and after school.

I think cutting out those things most of the time would help you a lot.
