Ht. 5'4, Wt. 157 - okay i defintaly think i weigh more than 157 because i now have this abercrombie and fitch shirt on and its stretchable so of course it shows my figure and when i sit down my stomach goes so far out i almost feinted.i have so much fat hanging over. and im a size 13 womens and my clothes are starting to get tight. like i have this skirt and its a size 14/16 and its getting pretty tight. i dont know what to do. i think i msut weigh almost 170 pounds now but my scale is currently not wrking so i cant check. please help me someone. how much should i weigh?

I think you're probably close to your estimation of 170, as I am 172 and a size 12. At 5'4 you would be healthy as a horse anywhere from 120-140 depending on your bone/muscle mass. The trick is to make sure you get ATLEAST 20 minutes of exercise everyday and eat balanced meals of fruits/veggies, protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats. Don't forget to drink LOTS of water. 1.5L a day is best. (I swear to god drinking lots of water works, it literally flushes the fat from your body) Good Luck!
