Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - go me this whole summer summer i lost 7 stupid pds maybe i should through a party and gain it all back i play on the volleyball team at the highskool track and i stop eating so much what else can i do i mean god!!!!! help me i dont no what else to do?

Keep doing what your doing. For some people they lose weight fast, for some people it could take them the longest time. It depends on there metabolism

The trick to losing weight, is to constantly keep your body guessing. Try switching up your exercise routine (try out for a new sport) OR practice the sport you're currently doing for a longer period of time. The best way to kick start your metabolism is to go outside your comfort zone and spend a little time in the pain zone. Good Luck! You can do it ;)
