hey yeah all teenagers should get about 50gs of protein daily its alot but still muscle weighs more but muscle also burns fat while your sleeping good luck

great if u wanna gain more muscle. and you will lsoe weight jsut the scale wont show that. so keep measuring yourself. =]

yes. they make your muscles stronger. however, some1 told me (im not sure if it's true, though) that it's considered a serving of protein, and i think u r only suppose 2 get about 2-3 of those a day. later.

Protein shakes are great for getting healthy...muscle weighs more than fat though so you may not lose a ton of weight, but you will lose lots of inches(which is better) you will look think but your scale may shoe you too be a little heavier than you wish

Protine is fuel for muscles and muscle weighs more that fat so I'm going to say probably not good for weight loss. I don't know that for sure but makes since.
