Ht. 5'6, Wt. 182 - how do u count calories of fruit and veggies, usually i dont even count them as calories?

hey certain fruits and veggies are negative calorie foods which means it takes more calories to digest them so if you eat 30 calories in grapes it takes 150 to digest them which is -120 fat calories get it? lol if not just google negative calorie food and it should come up good luck

hey I looked into this too... If you go on google.com and type in "calories in fruit" or "calories in vegtables" you can find charts that tell you how many calories are in a certain portion/ size.

The easiest way is to look it up on the internet, most fruits are anywhere from 30-150 however. For example, I had a nectarine this morning (they are 66 calories)
