Ht. 5'5, Wt. 186 - blahhh i didnt lose anything yesterday but i burned off all the calories ;) is there any excersise shows on after 7???
Reply from Lauren, Age 18 - 08/09/06 - IP#: 65.78.226.xxx I agree with Dana; you could create your own! :D One time I taped a bunch of my favorite songs on a tape or CD, popped it in the player, and danced! You can make up your own routine and such, and you'll have so much fun, you won't even realize it is exercise. ;) Plus, don't worry about losing weight from day to day. Don't check your weight everyday either. That's a no no. Instead, focus on weekly weigh ins or weigh ins every 2 weeks. :D
