Ht. 5ft 4", Wt. 171 - Hey! Breakfast: 1 cup of instant oatmeal, 1 yogurt whip, water/lunch: cheese and spinach organic sandwhich pocket, sauted peppers w/ bread, yogurt/snack: 100 cal Doritos pack, just tried on any they're yummy. Not much fruit today, but I'll let it go since i had 2 pieces yesterday, although tonight I'll probably have a banana w/ my asthma pill. I have my period so I'm usin all my willpower not to weight myself! I'm prolly still about the same weight, although it'll be easier to get an exercise routine during the year.

Avoid all corn syrups (both high fructose and not), partially hyrogenated ingredients, trams fats, and limit saturated fats. Its almost impossible to avoid saturated fats, so just limit them. If you do this, (best way is with organic brands of foods) it will be easier to maintain a healthy diet than just with looking at numbers alone.
