Ht. 5'9, Wt. N:212 S:217 G:150 - wow ok ive been off my diet for like a week and i feel like crap, im sooo down and depressed, but i want this sooo bad. like, school really needs to start so im not so bored. only 2 more weeks! yeah!!! i want to start running but i can only run for like five minutes without dying. i need help! grr.

the best way to start running is to only run for a short length in the start.. but add more time each day, length and speed if u want.. and eventually ull be losing weight! But DONT FORGET! Eat HEALTHY
