Ht. 5'7, Wt. 154 - ok i went to the mall and i droped to sizes i am a size nine now yeah! also ambercrobie clothes fit me now i love those dazziners yes. ok so this is what i did today went for a 20 minet jog then ate a smothee i made it my self mmm... then i went to yoga and then i haad a 100 cal snack pack and some blue berrys then went for a short bike ride for dinner i am ethire having a lean tv dinner les then 400 cal or a sald then i am going to walk my dogs
this wasent the best diet day but it was pretty good

my ideal size would be a size five and like 12o pounds

just make sure its all at least 1200 calories.
