Ht. 5'4", Wt. 143 - Ok how this 2 eggs w/ ketchup then salad w/ light ranch for lunch For dinner i will have some of whatever my dad and his girlf makes is this good will i lose weight?

for evrey tabel spoon of katup there is a teaspoon of sugar and mabey only have one egg and a bunchm of fruit

try just a little more for breakfast like with a couple peices of toast or a little bit of cereal other than that so far u did good
