Ht. 5'8, Wt. 183.5 - right ok well sorry for double posting! but how does this sound as a diet and exercise plan. 30min cardio ( either a rosemary connelly video or this other exercise dvd - every day ill do 30min and switch between each dvd every other day) 50 sit ups and then like 8 minutes of different weights ( 50 reps of 0.5kg 25 reps of 1kg and 10 reps of 2.5kg) so yea thats the exercise per day.
Eating will be - breakfast scrambled egg on brown toast, but ill sometimes vary with other foods. I'll definately be drinking around 8 pints of water per day and be eating a variety of vegetables and fruit throughout the day. My calorie intake will be between 1200-1500 per day.
Any input ill be soo greatful for! If i stick to this routine do you think my 7-10lbs in exactly 1 month is achievable? comments please!

That's a really diet/excersize plan. Depending on your eating and excersize habbits now; i'm sure that you can take of that unwanted weight in defnitley a month! GOOD LUCK!

I think 10 pounds a month is achieveable...i lost 10 in a month. your plan sounds pretty good...but what are you going to eat after breakfast? good luck!
