Ht. 5'1", Wt. 136 - Hey how does this sound for today. For breakfast i had a granola bar and orange juice, then at around 10:30 i had a salad w/catalina free dressing, then i had volleyball tryouts from 11:30 to 2 (had a water bottle and a half during that) and then i biked home and had another granola bar and for supper im going to have either a pepperoni lean pocket or a lean cuisine pizza. and then i might be biking 2 my friends house which is about 3 mile for both ways.

I'd say you could even eat more maybe? Try some fruit but good job!!
