Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 170.8 - Breakfast: piece of whole grain pecan and raisin bread (fresh, organic) w/ a tab of light cream cheese, glass of fat free chocolate milk, water/lunch: light ham and cheese sandwhich, sugar free lowfat pudding, almonds, water/Snack: fruit salad and more water!

Need more vegetables. (I do too!!) and you really don't have to post when you drank water!!
