Ht. 5''5, Wt. 165 - I was doing really well and I had a lot of activites but then I broke my arm. So, I ended up doing nothing and gaining what I had lost. What can I do?

maggie you can still exercise like dcancing if you dance for even a half hour every 3 days you will loose some weigh magin what a half hour a day 7 days a week will do or even 1 hour a day 4 days a week it dont matter but dont try something to hard i had mi arm broke before and it was a pain lol but neways if there is a will thers a way =) dunt give up
