Reply from Sarah, Age 13 - 08/15/06 - IP#: 71.109.107.xxx yea its helps a little,you should start running though,it burns calories faster,and walking isnt the only thing that helps,theres situps and push ups! try doing some of those for about 2 weeks everyday and you should see results!
