Ht. 5'4, Wt. 190?? - so i just worked out like 30 min. and i feel sick...feel liike im gonna pass out. but yeah...so should i like walk 10 more minutes tonight? or wat should i eat tonight?? wats healthy these days??? HELP!!!

start off with 15 minutes of exercize. as time goes on and you lose weight, you'll find it easier to do longer amounts of exercize. don't overwork yourself.
