Here's something that worked for me. I'm not sure what you'll think of it. Go onto a group weight loss site like peertrainers.com. Join a group. Now you have a log you put all your food in. After you eat anything put it in log, so your entire group can see it. MAKE SURE YOU DO THIS FOR ALL FOOD REGARDLESS OF HOW MUCH IT IS. Basically you'll think before eating and you'll also eat less because you'll want to post less in your log. So see how that works for you.

Well you should go on a diet,of course, and when you do only eat maybe a piece of candy everyother day,because if you used to eat alot of candy or junk food, and you stop eating all that bad food you will crave it even more everyday,so try rewarding yourself by eating very LITTLE candy...good luck!
