Ht. 5'5, Wt. 195 - for breakfast i had 3 pieces of french toast/apple jacks for lunch i had a peanut butter sandwich and on the side i had a couple pieces of cheese(yellow) and salomni then for dinner im going to have a hamburger with some rice/veg that u have to boil then for a snack im going to have a half of a cucumber sound good??....im never good with diet
Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 08/16/06 - IP#: 68.229.79.xxx Its a good idea to have your breakfast be the largest meal of the day, but make sure its something that will fill you up. The cereal and french toast sticks are filled with simple carbs and are empty of nutrition. Try something more substantial. For lunch try a sandwich and a salad or soup and salad so you can add some more vegetables in. For dinner make sure you have lots of veggies and some complex carbs like brown rice. They'll keep you fuller. The cucumber snack is good, but try to have a glass of milk before bed, because it seems like your missing some calcium.
Reply from lissy, Age 14 - 08/15/06 - IP#: 74.104.127.xxx thats not bad. its good that your not snacking but maybe you could have a smaller breakfast, or eat something more substantial like whole wheat toast. also keep in mind that salami and cheese have a lot of fat, but you seem to be having them in moderation. good luck!!
