Ht. 5'2, Wt. 156 - i need replys!
today i ate toast for breakfast
a turkey samwhich for lunch
almonds for a snack
drank water
and for dinner i had chicken, beans, and rice with a little bit of salsa and sour cream
after dinner i had a little bit of ice cream
then i went on a bike ride for about 25 mins.
Is there anything i can change

try to stay away from fried foods theyre extremely fattening instead of eating fried rice eat rice that u have to boil might sound gross but it taste good and is a lot more healthy

that sounds pretty good. i thinks its good to eat a little bit of something sugary like ice cream every once in a while. it stops the cravings a bit. i woldnt change anything form your day well done!
