Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - does anyone else have major issues with their sweet tooth. i do so well but when it comes to something sweet i give in. ive lost 15 pounds and i have been doing the same stuff except added some exersise 10 minute running one mile. and i havnt lost ANY weight. im getting so frustrated i dont know what to do. i need to lose as much weight as possible by jan. ANY ADVICE AT ALL PLEASE GIVE.

So you are only getting 10 minutes of exercise a day? I think you should up it. You should be getting at least 30-60 minutes 5 or 6 days a week. And try to vary your workout, your body gets more out of it if it doesnt get to used to the same one, finding ways to conserve calories.

21 pounds. I don't really go by pounds. I measure myself instead because I work out almost everyday. I lost about 8 inches in my waist, 4 or 5 in my hips, thighs, etc.

This is how I curb my sweet tooth: http://www.recipezaar.com/141179 Its not sweet, so I sprinkle just A LITTLE bit of brown sugar on the top.

hey...so how did you loose 15 pounds? and no i dont have advice cuz im fat and i just started working on it...but i did horrible today!!! ugh.
