Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 171 - Hello everyone! i was just wondering if anyone here has a workout machine called the Gazelle? My mom bought one of those not too long ago , and i was just wondering how much i should use it and for how long. If anyone here has had any results with this machine PLEASE REPLY! Thanks alot!
