Ht. 5'4, Wt. 190?? - hey im back...kay so today i started off with 2 pop tarts...! i know...im badd. i cant do that. i never have time for breakfast during school so i just dont eat breakfast...is that bad? and for dinner im usually healthy with that cuz my mom cooks...but the problem is that i snack on little things through out the day and i dont know wat to do bout that. lunch i usually have top raman in the summer so i dontknow!!! help me on this please???

Your eating all simple carbohydrates. These get burned really quickly and that's why your snacking through out the day. Try some whole wheat. I know it smells and tastes funny but it works. Try to replace the pop tarts with like an english muffin and peanut butter. And the ramen with whole wheat pasta or some lean meat. Basically these will keep you full longer. For the snacking cut up some carrot and celery sticks. Put them in a container in the fridge with a damp paper cloth over the veggies. These are good when you basically just want to snack. Another thing I do when I want to graze is I basically just sit there. I know it sounds stupid but just sit there and think about the weight you're gonna lose. Or if you're really hungry have some nuts of a peice of deli meat. Good luck!

Throw away the pop tarts. they have high fructose corn syrup. its bad for people not even on a diet. Get organic toaster pastries. They are a little healthier.
