Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 - I have been walking for the past 3 weeks(for like 30-45mins a day, almost everyday). And i have been playing volleyball almost everyday for like an hour. But i still eat like normal. Yeah so when i started i was 200 pounds, but since i don't have a scale i don't know how much i have lost, and i am worried that i have not lost any w8 at all, because i still look the same and my clothes are not any loser.Do youz guyz think that i might not be loosing any because i am still eating the same way? Help me please, give me some tips. thanks

i think ur body is getting used 2 ur exercising plan but u should try to intake some vegies and fruits next thing you'll no you'll lose weight GOOD LUCK!

I agree with Kaylee. Also make sure you are getting a balance of all the necessary nutrients from the different food groups.
