Easy Mac: 230 cals
Sandwich w/mayo (100 cals), 1 slice of turkey, 1 spice of ham and mushrooms. (around 500 cals or so) and 7-up is that good so far?

Make sure that you have a balanced diet. That's a lot of junk food and it's filled with empty calories.

Just remember there is more to look at than just calories. You also need some more fruits and veggies.

easy mac isnt exactly good for you, but i guess what you did is fine.
