Ht. Tall, Wt. 200 - Okay, so im fat.. and im so tired of it.. i watch my friends who are all skinny minny and i cant get over how they can eat whatever they want and not gain weight... and gain weight is all i do. The thing is i dont like many fruits or veggies... unless their covered in sugar.. wich i know is a bad thing.. I have a tredmil but never use it.. im tired of going to school and being teased about my weight.. my mom told me today that when we go school shopping i have to get stuff from the plus sizes........ My heart just stopped.. I new i was fat.. but i never thought i would be hearing that. It hit me like a big yellow bus.. I want to lose weight ... and fast.. im taking these pills ( O Mega 3000 ) and they kinda dont seem to be working.. but then again i just started to take them.. Im going into gr8 and once im in high school.. i want to be not fat. I have big red stretch marks.. everywhere... I want to be able to wear a bathingsuit without shorts.. if i decide to even swim.. I know this is long and people might not care about my weight.. but i do.. and all i want is to grow up not alone... so please PLEASE.. im egging you.. give me some tips on how to lose weight.. i was thinking about going anerexic.. but it wouldnt be smart.. so im not.. ill ttyl... please help me!

In fact when I started trainging for races I gained inches on my thighs. Your burn a lot of calories though so its good. Plus you won't get really skinny thighs, but they'll have some hot muscles.

The only people that are supposed to use exercise pills are body builders who use the meal supplements. And frankly I don't think you want to look like a body builder. You have to watch what you eat. It's hard work, but no one's gonna do it for you. You'll feel much better knowing you worked for it and earned it. So, GOOD LUCK!!!

What i did is bring all healthy snaks at school like celery, carrots, brocoli, strawberries, etc. Each day after school i would do my 30 minutes workoutvideo, 30 sit-ups, 15 push-ups and 25 laps in my backward. It was worth it everyone says i look good I wish you good luck. Just put your mind to it and you can lose weight.

Eat HEALTHY 1500-1800. 6 servings of grains, 2.5 cups veggies, 2 cups fruit, 3 servings dairy, and 5 servings protein (lean meats and beans). If you are expecting a miracle, then you are dreaming. Weight loss takes hard work and dedication. It doesn't happen overnight. Not eating will make you drop some pounds, but it won't let you reach your goal, I guarentee it. It will only slow your weight loss and damage your health. Get a grip, choke down some veggies and go move around and exercise.
