Ht. 5'7, Wt. 180 - i cant quit messing up. its like i mess up one day and then i tell myself tom will e better but it NEVER is. how annoying im so frustrated.

Well there are plenty of sweets that aren't bad for you in moderation. This isn't necessarily an organic list but I find it works well. Search the ice cream case for Skinny Cow. Best ice cream ever! You can buy little weight watchers cakes, frozen weight watchers desserts, or perhaps try shortcakes with a dolop or whipped cream, yogurt, or fat free pudding. Another recipe of mine: Take wonton wrappers, dust them with cinnoman, and toast in the oven. They're like sweet chips. You can also try soy crisps in caramel. Very good, trust me. Or try hard candies because they're sweet and last long. One tip, don't try anything that looks like you're going to want 20 of them. Things with puff pastry and such don't really fill you up and you end up eating the entire bag. If you really want something sweet that'll fill you up, try a piece of baklava. Very very filling. Or try dark chocolate which is filled with antioxidants. Hope this helps. GOOD LUCK!!! I know you'll reach your goal!

hey kayla thank u for reply and yes i completly agree. its just the sweet stuff that gets me. starting tom my plan is to do much better. thank u =)

Everyone messes up sometimes. You need modivation and willpower to be on a diet. No one can do it for you, however you can help youself by trying to avoid temptation. First thing I do is go out and get healthy snacks. Then designate spots in the pantry, fridge and freezer. You can only snack from these spots. If your problem is snacking late at night, put tape over the door to kitchen. I find it's all too easy to "mysteriously float into the kitchen". The tape will remind you of what you need to do. You can try to eliminate temptation, but you need severe will power to stay on a diet. Good Luck!!!!
