Ht. 5'7, Wt. 145 - Here's a fun little fact. The more protein you consume the less calcium that gets absorbed into your body. So try to stay off a protein rich diet like the atkins. If you MUST MUST MUST do atkins make sure to increase your milk consuption to protect your bones and teeth!!!!
