Ht. 5-5, Wt. 152 - Hello. I am thirteen, and want to lose about 30 puonds before school starts. Does anyone have any sugggestions for a big, healthy, filling breakfast, and something to stop cravings? Thanks.
Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 08/17/06 - IP#: 68.229.79.xxx 30 pounds before school starts is a little unrealistic. If you do manage to make it you won't keep the weight off for long. But to answer your questions...for breakfast I would try some wholewheat toast, natural peanut butter, oatmeal, and some egg whites. This along with some fruit and milk. Thats a really filling breakfast. Just make sure your breakfast is large, your lunch is medium, and your dinner is small. For cravings just try veggies, fruits, drink water, have low calorie snacks pre portioned in little bags. Just make sure your snacks are snacks. Some snacks can be large enough to be a lunch.
