Ht. 5'5.5", Wt. 190 - As school starts I am wrondering what to take for lunch? And what to do for bresfeast because most morrings I am running late an I find skiping is easier than feel guilty about that poptart.
So and suggestions and recipes would be great

A healthy type of cereal only takes a couple minutes. Maybe just wake up 10 minutes earlier and you would have time to eat in peace without the rush. It's just little things like that, They will really help.

for breakfast you can have toast. for lunch you can have apples, turkey samwhich,almonds.
