Ht. 5-5, Wt. 152 - k guys, what do you suggest to do 4 a workout each day, morning and night? and what is a good dinner size, and foods and sizes 4 it? and lunch? and breakfast? im desperate here. I really want to try to lose the belly before school starts.
Reply from Kayla, Age 15 - 08/18/06 - IP#: 68.229.79.xxx Anything that gets your moving will be good for you. For food you want to make sure your getting variety. Try to stay away from processed junk and try healthy fruits, vegetables, lean meats, dairy and grains. You'll be fine with these.
