Ht. 5'4, Wt. 187 - hey everyone so homecoming is in 4 weeks in the time given i want to lose some weight i know i wont lose much but i want to make my stomahe better and thighs toned and arms also what are good exercises for muscle and what are good exercises for cardio?

it's good 4 your biceps to do some weight lifting, but make sure the weights are light, and do lots of reps. For triceps, put the weight behind your head, then bring it towards your head.
