Ht. 5'2, Wt. fat! - I NEED REPLYS!! so for breakfast i had some cherrios then i worked out for about 35mins (tredmill, weights, and abs) for lunch i had 3 pieces of toast, and then for dinner i had a cheese quessadea then i rode my bike.
is that a good?

toast is pure carbs, so u should put something on it like a veeery thin layer of peanut butter, and put some nectarines or peaches on top. its really good, despite how it sounds.

She didn't eat too many carbs. You are supposed to have 6 servings. The only problem is remembering to balance it with the other food groups.

You are fine on grains and dairy, but you are missing veggies, fruits and proteins.
