Ht. 5ft 4, Wt. 160 - hey yall i need help losin weight and i cant do it by myself its too hard. does anybody know healthier foods i could eat and some healthy tips. thanx

just think of what you eat now and find all those little healthy alternatives. switch everything to reduced fat, low fat, sugar free, etc. if they are available in those. don't add mayo, butter, or sour cream to anything. try to eat salsa it's very good for you. only drink sugar free sodas and juices. make sure you eat balanced meals. don't eat a lot of servings of bread in a day- it's good for you just fattening. excercise at least 30 minutes a day and just work up to an hour and then stick to that. excercise at different times throughout the day because it speeds your metabolism. even if you have an hour p.e. class, do a little something in the morning (maybe jumping jacks, sit ups, etc.) and a little something at night (15-30 minute walk, perhaps?) Try to do a variety of excercises. Hope you reach all your goals. Good luck! =)
