Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 169.8 - I ended up having extra veggies at dinner, cucumbers and tomatos. I might have some lowfat ice cream later for calcium.

According to mypyramid.gov, you should leave aside some calories of the day for something a little more fattening, or an extra serving of a food group. Ice cream isnt bad as long as its just a little bit. One serving (based on the nutrition facts).

ice cream for calcium??? sry, but thats sad. if u have 2 get ur calcium from ICE CREAM thats pathetic. just drink some milk, for gods sake!!

Extra veggies is always good. They have lots of iron and girls normally lack the iron they need.
