Ht. 5'9'', Wt. 175 - this is the most i have ever weighed. i have been trying to start exercising and eating healthy but i can never really do it any advice on how to actually start? ive tried journals and plans any other tips? i want to lose 25 pounds by new years

Your next meal, think about what you want to eat, and then think is it going to help you reach your goals? Stop putting it off, stop making excuses and just do it. There are no short cuts nothing is going to happen that makes you opt for healthier food. Sorry for being so harsh, but that really is the only way. Good luck
